Accuracy Over Time

Content is revised when it goes out of date. Standards change, materials are discontinued, and prices move, and a guide that has not kept up is actively misleading rather than merely stale.

Hiring Well

For finding a contractor, the reliable approach has not changed. Local licensing records, trade association listings, and quotes from more than one established firm with references that can be checked.
